Signup
To start using Influeencer, you need to create an account. You can do this by visiting the Influeencer app and clicking on the Create account button. Fill in the required information, including your email address and password, and follow the prompts to complete the registration process.
Subscription
Once you signed up, you can choose a subscription plan that suits your needs from the membership area.
Click the Change plan button to view available plans and their features.
Select the plan you want and follow the prompts to enter your payment information.
After completing the payment, your subscription will be activated.
You will get charged immediately for the first month, and then on the same day of the month for subsequent months.
You can cancel your subscription at any time by clicking the Cancel plan button.
If you cancel, you will still have access to the plan' features until the end of the current billing period.
After that, your account will be downgraded to the free plan, and you will lose access to the premium features of the plan you were subscribed to.
If you want to reactivate your subscription, you can do so by clicking the Change plan button again and selecting the same or a different plan.
If you reactivate your subscription, you will be charged immediately for the first month, and then on the same day of the month for subsequent months.
If you want to change payment method, cancel your subscription, and then reactivate it with the new payment method.

For any issues or questions regarding your account, subscription, or payment, you can reach out to our customer support team through the chat on the bottom-right of this page. We typically respond within 24 hours, Monday to Friday. Replies may take longer over the weekend.
Find influencers
To find influencers, you can use the search area in the Influeencer app. You must search for influencers by entering the relevant keywords in the search bar.
Search query
- You can enter keywords related to the influencer's niche, such as "fitness", "fashion", "travel", etc.
- The search query must be less than 50 characters and contain a maximum of 3 words.
- The search process is resource-intensive and may take several minutes. Please be patient and avoid refreshing or closing the page until you see a message confirming it's safe to do so. Once you receive that message, you may close the page, you'll be notified by email when your search is complete. If you don't receive an email within 30 minutes, please check your spam folder. You can also return to the search page to check the status manually. We're actively working to improve performance. In the future, search results will be delivered faster.
- Misspelled keywords are automatically corrected.
- Please note that using filters can significantly slow down the search. We recommend applying filters only when necessary.
Filters
You can filter the search results by various criteria:
- Subscribers: Filter influencers based on the number of subscribers or followers they have. Default: 1000+.
- Language: Filter influencers based on the language they use in their content. The language is determined by the language of the content they post, or by their channel information. Use search terms in the same language as the selected language filter. If you don't, they will still be automatically translated into the selected language. Default: All languages.
- Country: Filter influencers based on their country of origin or the country they primarily target. Default: All countries.
- Strict mode: By default, the search includes influencers who have at least some relevant content—such as a YouTube video related to the query—even if their overall niche is broader. When strict mode is enabled, only influencers whose channels are specifically focused on the search topic will be shown. This is determined by analyzing the channel descriptions.
Please note that using filters can significantly slow down the search. We recommend applying filters only when necessary.
Contact influencers
Once you have found influencers, you can contact them directly.
- You can contact an individual influencer by clicking the Send Message icon located on the right side of their card.
- You can contact multiple influencers at once by selecting them using the checkboxes on the left side of each influencer card. Once selected, click the Send Message button at the bottom of the filters panel on the right. You can also select all influencers from the search results or your contacts at once by clicking the Select All checkbox at the bottom of the filters panel on the right.
- The influencers that has been contacted are automatically added to your contacts.
- Our users are required to use the platform to contact influencers only for legitimate business collaboration purposes. We strictly prohibit unsolicited commercial mass mailing. See Terms of Service for more details.
- If you receive a reply from an influencer, you will be notified by email. You can then continue the conversation directly on in the inbox area.
- You can see all conversations with influencers in the inbox area.
- Use the {influencer_name} merge field in the message or subject line to automatically include the influencer's name.
Manage influencers
You can add influencers to your contacts by clicking the add to contacts icon on the right-side of the influencer card.
- You can view and manage your contacts in the contacts area.
- You can add an individual influencer by clicking the Add contact icon located on the right side of their card.
- When you add an influencer to your contacts, it will be linked to the search query you used to find them.
- You can add multiple influencers at once by selecting them using the checkboxes on the left side of each influencer card. Once selected, click the Add to contacts button at the bottom of the filters panel on the right. You can also select all influencers from the search results at once by clicking the Select All checkbox at the bottom of the filters panel on the right.
- You can also remove contacts by clicking the remove icon on the right-side of the contact card. You can remove multiple contacts at once by selecting them using the checkboxes on the left side of each contact card. Once selected, click the Remove from contacts button at the bottom of the filters panel on the right.
- The influencers that has been contacted are automatically added to your contacts.
Filters

Tags
Manage tags from the contacts area by clicking the gear icon on the tag filter of the panel on the right. Assign tags to your contacts by opening the contact details and clicking the + button.
Settings
Access the settings area by clicking the gaer button in the bottom-left corner of the app. In the settings area, you can manage your account, subscription, and other preferences like email notifications and language.
